🛍️ Shopping at JJJ Estate Sales – What to Know! 🛍️
We’re so excited to have you at our sales! To keep things smooth and fun for everyone, here are a few important things to know before you shop:
💰 Payment Methods – We accept cash, check, and Venmo for your convenience!
🕗 Start Times – Each sale starts at the time posted. Lines will be formed, but we will be sticking to our official start times—no early entry.
🚨 Shop Responsibly – Please be mindful while shopping. You are responsible for any damage to the home, property, or items caused by you or your children.
📦 Hold Bins Available – Found something you love but need time to decide? No problem! Just remember: if an item isn’t paid for by the last day of the sale, it will be relisted.
📢 All Sales Final! – Everything is sold AS IS with no refunds, exchanges, or returns. INSPECT BEFORE YOU BUY!
🐾 No Animals Allowed – As much as we love furry friends, they’ll need to stay home for this one.
🚻 No Public Restrooms Onsite – Plan accordingly!
💪 Need Help with Heavy Lifting? – Bring muscle! If you need delivery, we can help for an additional charge. (But be kind to Mike & Thom—they’re strong, but not invincible!)
⚠️ Safety First! – Watch your step and shop at your own risk. JJJ Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries on-site.
🎉 Most of all… come say Hi and BUY! We can’t wait to see you!
